2) DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
We have Free shipping across all products, on no minimum purchase value all across India. The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
3) HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE FOR THE ITEMS TO REACH ME?
Depending upon the location, the product shall reach you within 7 working days. In case your pin code is not covered by our standard courier service providers you shall receive your order through government postal service for which you must allow upto 10-12 working days (rare cases).
4) HOW WOULD YOU KNOW WHEN TO SHIP MY ITEMS?
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. Our logistics provider shall contact you to deliver the order. Incase you are not available to take the order on the first attempt, Don’t worry we will set up a second delivery attempt if necessary.
5) WHAT IS YOUR CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY?
As per the Cash On Delivery policy:
To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
C-O-D is applicable from Rs.1000 upto Rs.50,000 only.
Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
You cannot open the package without making the payment at the time of delivery.
If the product is open, do not accept the order.
No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.
6) DO YOU CHARGE FOR CASH ON DELIVERY?
Yes, a convenience fee of up to Rs 75 is chargeable depending on your delivery location.
7) WHAT TAXES AND DUTIES HAVE BEEN LEVIED?
India VAT has been included in the prices shown on our website.
8) HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by clicking on the “track your order” link at the bottom of our home page in the help section.
9) DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?

10) WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a very simple and easy 'NO QUESTIONS ASKED' 10 days return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item (check the return item list below) and avail a CASH refund OR CREDIT NOTE as per your preference/convenience. (Subject to certain basic conditions being fulfilled. Please check Returns Policy for further details.)
11) HOW WOULD RETURNS/REIMBURSEMENT BE REALIZED?
1) Refund amount for all returned items would be credited to your bank account in case of purchases made via Credit/Debit Card.
2) Items paid for in Cash through the Cash on Delivery option would be refundable via Cheque or through Bank transfer for quick refunds. (Details of which need to be clearly mentioned in the Return Request Email).
3) Exchanges can be facilitated via store credit if you opt for this in the Return Request Email. For immediate and credit refunds we urge you to opt for the store credit voucher option when exchanging items.
This will be done post the quality check and all conditions for refund being satisfied. The decision of Ray & Dale in this matter is final.

13) IN HOW MANY DAYS WOULD I HEAR BACK FROM YOU?
A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item at our registered address.
14) WHAT IF YOU LOSE MY ORDER/ORDER IS UNDELIVERED?
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
15) HOW DO I WASH A RAY & DALE SHIRT?
Check the care label inside the shirt.
Wash dark colours separately using a colour-safe detergent.
Dark colours are best ironed from the reverse side.
For best results handwash or dryclean.
Remember to remove collar stiffeners if present prior to washing.
Do not tumble dry, spin or wring water out of the shirts after washing.
For ease of ironing, steam iron shirts.
When pressing collars, always iron away from the points to avoid creasing.
